We believe in a Support Based Sales model; offering On-Site Consultations with your General Contractor or Hired Installer. During these Consultations we share product-specific information, suggest specific subfloor preparation and advice regarding proper acclimation of floors. Providing Education and Support
Eko Flooring & Woodwork first began as a Sand/Refinishing & Installation service, specializing in restoring worn-down and damaged floors, making them shine like new.
It is with this experience of over 18 years in the field, that our team of NWFA and BONA certified craftspeople grew their knowledge and understanding of wood flooring. Today, we focus on passing this knowledge to our clients- Designers, Architects, Builders and Home-Owners. We share our knowledge further through On-Site Consultations, CEUs, and Lunch & Learn Seminars.

Eko Flooring & Woodwork uses 3rd party testing to quality check/ensure Sustainability and Eco-friendly quality standards for the health of your family and the environment. Our flooring has LEED points necessary for Green Building as well as Carb 2 Compliance Certifications under the strictest requirements of California. All of our products are Sustainably forested and additionally we can offer specific FSC wood in both Stock options and Bespoke.

Tomasz Poznanski
Tomasz began his Flooring Career in 1987 by providing High Quality Wood Flooring Restoration. He grew his knowledge through 18 years of experience in the field as well as extensively training with The National Wood Flooring Association, Virginia Tech University and BONA. A true lifetime learner, his thirst for knowledge makes him the Best Consultant for every job in wood flooring. Tomasz will be there to advise on your installation process, test the moisture content of you new floors and assist in advising on technical details that may arise. A craftsman, a scientist, and an educator.
Amanda Cicarella
Amanda stepped onto the team 2 years ago to streamline your sales experience. She will guide you through the decision making process of selecting your new floors as well as provide you design insight, recommendations, care/maintenance guidelines and additional support as needed. Self described as a “Well Organized-Creative”, Amanda is positive she will steer you steadily on your flooring Journey. Certified as a NWFA Sales Advisor and tutored by Tomasz himself, her knowledge to help you choose a flooring that fits your needs and desired look is abundant.
